Does payment mean that my admission ticket has already been issued?
No. Payment confirms receipt of your booking request. Your official admission document is sent after successful procurement.
What happens if the requested admission cannot be secured?
We will contact you about available alternatives. We will not substitute another admission product without your approval. If no acceptable alternative is available, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
When will I receive my admission document?
It will be sent by email after successful procurement. A specific delivery deadline will be published before the site begins accepting bookings.
