Our part in the visit
Dolmabahçe Palace Heritage is an independent booking and visitor-information service operated by Apollo Trading UG. The palace’s conservation, collections and visitor rules are the responsibility of its official custodians.
Our role is to help explain a visit and the booking service clearly. Purchasing through this website is not presented as a donation to palace conservation or as a way to offset the environmental impact of travel.
Small decisions, made with care
Plan your journey before travelling. Follow the permitted routes and staff instructions, give other visitors room, and treat the gardens and historic interiors with care. Check current rules for photography, bags, food and drinks.
Choose transport that suits your route and access needs. Carry only what you need and take your litter with you where appropriate. These are practical suggestions for considerate visiting, rather than measured environmental claims.
Commitments should be specific
A claim about conservation funding, emissions or certification needs clear evidence. This website does not announce a verified environmental certification, carbon calculation or conservation partnership.
If a programme is described here in future, its purpose, dates, responsible organisation and results should be identifiable. The palace’s own initiatives must be distinguished from the activities of this independent booking service.
