Independent booking service — not the official website of Dolmabahçe Palace or the Directorate of National Palaces.

Our Service

Know what you are booking.

An independent service, clearly explained

Dolmabahçe Palace Heritage is operated by Apollo Trading UG. We help customers submit admission requests and receive official admission documents after successful procurement through the relevant official channel.

We do not operate the palace and are not its official ticket office. Official visitor information and direct purchasing are available through the Directorate of National Palaces.

Clarity before commitment

Read the selected admission option, requested date and included access before sending a request. Admission remains subject to official availability.

Online booking is currently unavailable. Existing booking enquiries can be sent to booking@dohlmabahce-palace.org.

Understand the full price

The base ticket cost, service fee and final total are displayed before payment.

The service fee covers independent booking assistance, payment handling, customer communication and ticket delivery support.

Compare like-for-like access and visitor categories. A direct venue price should not be confused with the total for a separate facilitation service.

Choose the right access

Check which admission product you are requesting and the entry conditions that apply. A photograph or editorial description is not a list of ticket inclusions.

Official rules govern access, eligibility and closures. Confirm your details carefully and consult the official venue guidance before travelling.

Know where your booking stands

The stages of a booking request have different meanings.

  1. 01

    Your request

The admission option and visit arrangements you ask us to procure.

  2. 02

    Your payment

Confirmation that the request has been received; not itself an admission ticket.

  3. 03

    Your admission document

The official document sent after successful procurement.

Your admission document

The official admission document is sent by email after successful procurement. A specific delivery deadline will be published before this site begins accepting bookings.

Keep the document and its entry instructions accessible. Retain the booking reference separately for support.

Care with your information

Provide accurate booking details and use the contact channel shown on this website. Do not send payment-card details or account passwords by email.

Read the existing Privacy Policy for how information supplied in booking requests or messages is handled.

Understand the conditions

If the requested admission cannot be secured, we will contact you about alternatives. No substitution will be made without your approval; if no acceptable alternative is available, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in the existing policies. For an individual request, provide your booking reference when contacting support.

Context makes a richer visit

The history, stories and visitor guide offer context for what you may see. They complement the official visitor information rather than replacing it.

Review current opening conditions and permitted areas before leaving, even if you have visited the palace before.
